PROCEDURE FOR VERIFICATION OF DEGREE CERTIFICATE OF GRADUATED STUDENTS
- 1. Request for verification must be made on the Company/Agency letterhead.
- 2. The details of the students (Name, Year of Graduation, Seat no.) whose verification is requested must be clearly mentioned in the request letter.
- 3. A scanned copy of the degree certificate (Convocation Certificate or Final year – Sem VII & VIII mark sheets) needs to be attached along with the application.
- 4. Email the scanned copies of the request letter & the certificate / mark sheets to email@example.com
- 5. After receipt of the request with all necessary documents, a reply will be sent in a span of five working days.
- 6. The institute does not provide verbal confirmation of the verification of educational qualifications under any circumstances
- 7. Note that the institute does not charge any fees for the aforesaid verification..
