Admission to First Year Engineering CAP Reporting


If you have been allotted and accepted a seat through CAP allotment, follow the procedure mentioned below to confirm your admission to First Year Engineering:

  1. Application form (collect form college office Rs.1000/-)
  2. Cap allotment letter (latest)
  3. Copy of F.C. Payment Receipt.
  4. SSC Mark Sheet.
  5. HSC Mark Sheet.
    12th std from a board other than Maharashtra State Board - Mark Sheet, Passing Certificate, Migration Certificate & 12th Hall ticket.
  6. College Leaving / Transference Certificate (12th std).
  7. MHT-CET 2023 Score Card.
  8. JEE (Main) 2023 Score Card (only for All India Candidate)
  9. College Leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality as 'Indian' OR Certificate of Indian Nationality OR Indian Passport in the name of Candidate.
  10. Maharashtra State Domicile Certificate OR Birth Certificate indicating Birth Place in Maharashtra OR College Leaving Certificate indicating Birth Place in Maharashtra.

  12. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
  13. Copy of Ration Card.
  14. Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, Maharashtra State Domicile Certificate, Income Certificate for the year 2022-23 from Tahsil office  and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid up-to 31.3.2024 as applicable (in case of Backward Class Category only).
  15. Income Certificate from Tahsil office (for Backward Class Category & TFWS)
  16. Physical/Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner.
  17. Gap Certificate if applicable.
  18. Certificate as applicable for Defence quota.
  19. Certificate as applicable for Physically Handicapped.
  20. Certificates as applicable for J&K Migrant / GOI Nominee.
  21. Performa “O” (In case of candidates whose L.C. does not mention as Roman Catholic against the Religion Column)(applicable only for Roman Catholic candidate)
    AND
  22. Submit online Mumbai University Enrolment Form along with documents before 21st August 2023. (ref notice board)

    In case Std. XII is from a Board other than Maharashtra State Board
  23. Migration & XII Passing Certificate (in case Std. XII is from a Board other than Maharashtra State Board).
  24. Provisional Eligibility Certificate (after the admission)
  25. 12th Mark-sheet verification report (after the admission)

Submit the following documents in the above order only.

  1. Original certificates
  2. two set of xerox* copies (*A4 size only),
  3. Five passport size colour photograph.

Reporting timing between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Lunch time: 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm) as per the schedule notified by ARA along with Demand Draft / Pay Order.
