The Placement Office handles all aspects of campus placements for the graduating students at DBIT. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions etc. are all handled by the staff at the placement office.

Placement Activities
6 th March 2007 saw a long line of 106 students who patiently waited to go through a selection process for placement with Capegemini Consulting India Pvt. Limited. The campus interview comprised of aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews. Seven students were short listed for the post of Associate Consultant with attractive pay package and allowances. What is interesting about this recruitment is that these students are yet to begin their final year of engineering but have been found suitable for employment.
The fine tune academic process, an insistence on research and development coupled with discipline amidst a supportive and caring atmosphere is what contributes to capacity building and high confidence levels of students at DBIT. Facing interviews, CV preparation, written test were some of the pre-recruitment training that was offered to students of all the three branches of Engineering. DBIT expects several other companies to begin recruitment shortly.
