51% Seats are reserved for Roman Catholic Community candidates from Maharashtra in the following branches.

Candidates should be present along with at least one Parent / Guardian (failing which admission will not be offered) for counseling & admission. Those seeking change of branch may also be present.
Candidates should present the following documents in original and one set of attested photocopies of the same in the following sequence at the time of admission.
- MHT-CET2009 Score Card
- H.S.C mark sheet
- S.S.C mark sheet
- H.S.C leaving certificate
- Domicile Certificate of the student
- Baptism certificate & Affidavit on the Rs.100 stamp paper.
- Physical Fitness Certificate
- Latest colour passport size photograph (Four copies)
Admission to the different branches will be done as per merit through counselling.

Fees will be paid by Cheque in the favor of "Don Bosco Institute of Technology".
The Schedule of admission rounds will be display on the College web site & Notice Board. No communication will be sent to the individual candidate. It is the responsibility of candidates to view the notice board and present themselves for counseling rounds.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:

DOCUMENT TO BE SUBMITTED: All the candidates are required to carry the following documents in original and one set of attested photocopies of the same in the following sequence at the time of admission for submission.
- Internet copy of allotment letter (mention the candidate user ID & password on the reverse side of the allotment letter)
- S.S.C mark sheet & H.S.C mark sheet
- MHT-CET 2009 / AIEEE 2009 Score Card
- H.S.C leaving certificate
- Physical Fitness Certificate
- Domicile Certificate of the student
- Migration Certificate, Eligibility Certificate and Passing Certificate (if candidate has passed H.S.C. equivalent examination from a board other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary)
- Gap certificate (wherever required)
- Passport size Photograph (Four copies)
Seats remaining vacant after CAP allotment will be filled by the college. All candidates, including Minority are eligible to apply against such vacancy.
FEE STRUCTURE
Candidates who are allotted seat through CAP in DBIT are required to pay the fees on the spot by Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of “Don Bosco Institute of Technology” payable at Mumbai.
